A shoe cupboard

Our existing shoe cupboard in the front entry space.  It's full...hence the spill over... it worked fine when the kids were younger but now that they are getting to the teenage years, the 3 levels to handle the number of shoes for 4 of us doesn't cut it anymore...

So I'm attempting to build one from old cupboard doors...
